DAMONS RESTAURANT IS LOOKING TO EMPLOY FULL TIME KITCHEN MANAGER / SUPERVISOR
RATES OF PAY:
£16.00 – £16.50
- To assist management and running of shifts.
- Hours of work: Shift patterns cover morning, afternoon and evening.
- This is a fixed permanent rota so that you can plan and organise your free time. Overtime available.
- This job is available with an immediate start.
- Experience required.
- Damon’s American style Restaurant is famous for its speciality ribs.
- We are located south of Lincoln City and share our site with Damon’s Motel.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- An ambitious cook to assist in the preparation of recipes.
- Excellent communication and organisation skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Previous experience essential.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Preparing food ready for service
- Cooking food according to recipes
- Setting up work stations
- Responsible for helping keeping the kitchen clean, tidy and fully stocked ready for service
- Follow health and safety rules in the kitchen
- To be able to function in a fast paced busy environment
